Squats felt surprisingly easy, so did presses.
Nutrition:
9:30am: 6 Eggs, 1 small Avocado, 1oz Butter, 4oz Salsa.
1:30pm: 8oz Rotisserie Chicken (Whole Foods), 1 Avocado, 6oz Strawberries, 1 Heart of Romaine.
5:00pm: 8oz Rotisserie Chicken (Whole Foods), 1 Avocado, 6oz Strawberries, 1 Heart of Romaine.
