3:30pm: 10oz Curry Chicken Salad. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter. 1 Fuji Apple.

8:30pm: 8oz Steak. Cream Cheese & Salsa Dip, Corn Chips. 1 Beer. 1 Glass Wine.
