24:00 (7.8mph, 7.7min mile)
I'd like to note that I haven't run more than 1 mile at one time since I started CrossFitting, which was June '06, and this is the fastest I've ever run a 5k.
Nutrition:
12:30pm: 6 Eggs, 2oz Salsa, 2oz Tapenade, 1tbsp Coconut Oil. 12oz Strawberries.
4:30pm: 10oz Curry Chicken Salad. 1 Fuji Apple.
8:30pm: 6oz Salmon Fillet. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter. 8oz Yams.
