Nutrition:

10:30am: 6 Eggs, 2oz Salsa, 2oz Tapenade, 1tbsp Coconut Oil. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

3:30pm: 6oz Ground Buffalo, 5oz Cabbage, 3oz Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Avocado. 12oz Strawberries.

8:30pm: 6oz Salmon Fillet. 8oz Yams. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.
