Back on Track

Over the last few weeks, my nutrition has been less than perfect, and I've been getting in less than 5 workouts/week. I haven't been planning my nutrition as well as I usually do, and when I don't have food prepared, I run into trouble. It's too hard to find good food on the go, so I usually end up eating something less than desirable. My workouts have been suffering because of "extra curricular" activities on the weekends. As of today, I'm back into the swing of things, and I will return to daily nutrition posting and 5 workouts/week.
