BW = 169.5

WOD:

Deadlift 3 x 5 x 127.5kg
Push Press 3 x 5 x 70kg

Wow, that hurt. Both lifts were really tough.

Nutrition:

11:30am: 6 Eggs, 1tbsp Butter, 1 Avocado. 2 Kiwis.

3:30pm: 42g Egg Protein Powder, 2cups Tropical Fruit Mix, 1can Coconut Milk.

8:30pm: Red Robin: Blue Ribbon Burger, Fries. 1 Ultimate Margarita.
