9:00pm: Pork & Lettuce Rolls. 2 Kiwis. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

Pork & Lettuce Rolls:
6oz Ground Pork
1/4cup Chopped Mushrooms
1/4cup Chopped Waterchestnuts
3 chopped Green Onions
1tsp Sesame Oil
1tsp Fish Sauce
2tsp Tamari
1tbsp Olive Oil
Large Lettuce Leaves
Saute pork with olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2-3minutes more. Spoon into lettuce leaves and roll up.
