Back Squat 5 x 5 x 121kg

Nutrition:

12:00pm: 6 Eggs, 1 Avocado, 1tbsp Butter, 3oz Salsa. 8oz Cherries.

5:00pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 42g Egg Protein, 6oz Berries.

9:00pm: Club Hollywood Casino: Oregon Blue Cheese Salad w/ Chicken.
