My legs are mighty sore from squatting yesterday, so this workout sucked.
Nutrition:
9:30am: 6 Eggs, 1 Avocado, 1tbsp Butter, 3oz Salsa. 1 Peach.
3:30pm: 7oz Deli Roast Beef, 1lb Greek Salad, 4oz Cashews.
8:30pm: 11oz New York Steak, 4oz Tortilla Chips, 6oz Cream Cheese/Salsa Dip.
