1:00pm: 8oz Deli Roast Beef, 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts, 5slices Dried Pear.
5:00pm: 12oz Fumi Chicken: Chicken, Cabbage, Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar. 1 Nectarine. 1 Avocado.
9:00pm: Cedars: Split with 1 other person: Chicken Tiki Masala, Beef Mango Curry, Rice, Garlic Naan. Chai Tea.

Oops, yeah, it's a situp. I usually don't use acronyms on my blog so people don't get confused. Allow me to fix that.

I was just trying to gage what kind of workout this was and if it actually WAS that easy.
Only 6 situps? Isn't your tabata score like 40/20 sec? :P
