WOD:
100 Pullups
100 Burpees
Perform as many pullups as you can at once, and then match with the same number of burpees, continue until all 100 are done.

Managed to get in 23 pullups in the first try, then a few sets of 7, then it was all 5's until I was done. This was a beast.
Nutrition:
1:30pm: 8oz Turkey Pastrami, 12oz Blueberries, 1 Avocado.
5:00pm: 8oz Corned Beef, 1 Peach, 3/4cup Macadamia Nuts.
9:00pm: Baja Fresh: 1 Pork Carnitas Mexicana Burrito.
