Awesome. First time I've ever been able to do 21 for Tabata Squats. This is my best Tabata This! score, 3 better than my previous PR.
Nutrition:
12:30pm: 8oz Blackened Chicken Salad (Whole Foods), 1 Nectarine, 1 Avocado.
4:30pm: 8oz Roast Beef, 1container Coconut Bliss, 2oz Macadamia Nuts.
9:00pm: Parker's Casino: Club Sandwich, Salad w/ Vinaigrette Dressing.
