WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 122kg
Getting pretty frustrated now. Was confident that I could finish all sets without any misses, dropped the 3rd rep of the last set. I can't be too frustrated though, as my recovery over the weekend has never been good.
Nutrition:
11:30am: Chicken/Apple Hash: 7oz Chicken, 2 Fuji Apples, 3tbsp Olive Oil. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
4:30pm: 7oz Deli Turkey Breast, 1 Avocado, 1 Peach.
8:30pm: Pipers Creek Pub: 1 Blue Cheese Burger, Fries. 2 Beer.
