In case that doesn't read well, the workout was 10 rounds of the Double Unders and Highpulls with the pullups as bookends.
Nutrition:
11:30am: Chicken/Apple Hash: 7oz Chicken, 2 Fuji Apples, 3tbsp Olive Oil. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
5:00pm: 8oz Curry Chicken Salad (Whole Foods), 1 Nectarine, 2oz Macadamia Nuts.
9:30pm: Jai Thai: Drunken Noodle, Fresh Spring Rolls, 2 Pyramid Hefeweizen.
