WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 121kg
That workout felt so good words will never do it justice. I finally finished all 5 sets without missing a single rep. I've been stuck at or around this weight for over a month; moving past it is a gives me a great sense of accomplishment and relief. Now I get to go heavier... yeah.
Nutrition:
11:30am: 6 Eggs, 1 Avocado, 1tbsp Butter, 3oz Salsa. 8oz Cherries.
4:00pm: 42g Egg Protein, 3cups Berries, 1can Coconut Milk.
8:30pm: 8oz New York Steak, Jicama/Arugula Salad w/ Dijon Mustard/Lime Juice Dressing. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
I'm getting tired of my eggs for breakfast, it's time for something new. I think I'm going to try a chicken/apple hash recipe that I found in the Performance Menu.
