Ugh, didn't beat my best time of 7:56.

Nutrition:

11:30am: 3 Eggs, 4oz Salmon, 1 Avocado, 1tbsp Butter. 8oz Cherries.

4:30pm: Apple/Chicken Hash. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

8:30pm: Jicama/Arugula Salad w/ Dijon Mustard/Lime Juice Dressing. 8oz New York Steak. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.

New Recipe:

Apple/Chicken Hash

1 Chicken Breast
1 Fuji Apple
Olive Oil
Cinnamon
Garam Marsala
Jamaican Allspice

Heat oil, immerse spices, then brown chicken. Grate apple, heat with chicken.
