8:30pm: Jicama/Arugula Salad w/ Dijon Mustard/Lime Juice Dressing. 8oz New York Steak. 2oz Macadamia Nuts.

Apple/Chicken Hash
1 Chicken Breast
1 Fuji Apple
Olive Oil
Cinnamon
Garam Marsala
Jamaican Allspice
Heat oil, immerse spices, then brown chicken. Grate apple, heat with chicken.
