11:30am: 1 Lara Bar. 1can Sardines.
1:30pm: 2oz Cashews.
4:30pm: Chicken/Apple Hash. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
9:30pm: Moroccan food: A bunch of meat, some dishes with vegetables, some with fruit. No idea total quantity, but I left hungry, so there probably wasn't much fat in anything.
