WOD:

Deadlift 3 x 5 x 132.5kg
Push Press 3 x 5 x 75kg

Missed last rep of 2nd and 3rd set of Push Press, boo. Deadlifts were really heavy, could have something to do with the fact that I did a bunch of deadlifts yesterday, despite it being at only 50kg.

Nutrition:

12:30pm: 8oz T-Bone Steak, Arugula/Jicama Salad w/ Dijon Mustard/Lime Juice Dressing. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

5:00pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Berries, 42g Egg Protein.

8:30pm: Chicken/Apple Hash. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
