WOD:

Back Squat 5 x 5 x 122

Missed once, 5th rep of 4th set. Being able to complete the 5th set unbroken gives me confidence that I'll be able to move up after next week.

Nutrition:

10:30am: 6 Eggs, A Bunch of Guacamole, Some Tortilla Chips w/ Salsa (Went to a BBQ on Saturday, came home with a bunch of homemade guacamole and salsa, so I couldn't let it go to waste).

5:30pm: 7oz Deli Chicken Breast, 8oz Dried Figs, 3oz Cashews.

8:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, Romaine Lettuce, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onion, 1 Avocado, Salsa. 8oz Figs.
