Yeah, that one hurt. It's hard to get into a biomechanically sound position to jump from out of the burpee while holding dumbells, felt it a little in my errectors.
Nutrition:
11:30am: Chicken/Apple Hash: 7oz Chicken, 2 Fuji Apples, 3tbsp Olive Oil. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
4:30pm: PWO Shake: 1can Coconut Milk, 42g Egg Protein, 3cups Berries.
8:30pm: Yamashiro Sushi: 24pieces Sashimi, 1 Prawn Tempura Roll, 1 Spider Roll. 2 Beer.
