WOD:
Deadlift 3 x 5 x 135kg
Push Press 3 x 5 x 75kg
Deadlifts hurt, a lot. The last two reps of the 3rd set were ugly, don't know if I want to make another 2.5kg jump next week, might be time to slow it down. Missed the last rep of the 3rd set of Push Press; I know I could have gotten it up if I would have been concentrating, will nail it next week.
Nutrition:
11:30am: Chicken/Apple Hash: 6oz Chicken, 2 Fiji Apples, 3tbsp Olive Oil. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
3:00pm: 1can Sardines, 1 Lara Bar, 1oz Macadamia Nuts.
6:00pm: 7oz Peppered Turkey Breast, 14oz Tropical Fruit, 3oz Cashews.
10:30pm: 8oz Pepperoni, 3oz Sharp Cheddar.
Eating on the fly sucks, you can never find optimal food choices. It's a necessary evil sometimes though, when you're running around with your head cut off all day and don't have time to prepare/plan your meals.
