Monday, September 17th

WOD:

Rest.

I'm still pretty fatigued from the weekend. We didn't do anything especially taxing, but it was just constant movement both days. I did half Cindy (10min) on Saturday, managed 9 rounds. On Sunday, we practiced MB Cleans for half an hour, which was tiring, and then part of our afternoon circuit involved a short workout which was 30/20/10 reps of Double Unders and Swings. I did the swings at 28kg, my grip didn't like that very much. Other than that it was a lot of repetitive movement reviewing the foundational exercises of CrossFit. I didn't expect that it would make me so tired, but I was pretty wiped today. I took a two hour nap, which helped, but I definitely didn't feel like working out.

Nutrition:

12:00pm: 8oz Herb Roasted Turkey Breast. 1 Peach. 3/4cup Macadamia Nuts.

4:30pm: 8oz Almond Chicken Salad (Whole Foods). 1 Avocado. 12oz Mango.

8:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion, Green Onion, Salsa. 1 Cherry Pie Lara Bar.
