Could have finished it faster, but my shoulders are bothering me. It's the same dull ache that I used to get just medial of the acromion process on both shoulders. Could be biceps tendon, could be supraspinatus, I don't know, I never did quite figure out what it was. It's annoying, whatever it is, and makes my shoulders fatigue quicker than they should.
Nutrition:
12:00pm: 8oz Pulled Pork (Whole Foods). 8oz Sherry Mushrooms (Whole Foods). 1/4cup Macadamia Nuts. 1 Honey Crisp Apple.
5:00pm: 8oz Shredded Beef. 12oz Mango. 1 Avocado.
8:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 2scoops Egg Protein, 3cups Berries.
