11:30am: 6oz Smoked Salmon. 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts. 8pieces Dried Mango.

4:30pm: 6oz Chicken, 10oz Cabbage, 45g Slivered Almonds, 1/8cup Sesame Seeds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter Dressing. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter. 1 Peach.

8:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, Grape Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Red Onion, Green Onion, Salsa. 1 Nectarine.
