50 Jumping Back Squats w/ 20kg

This workout was lame. The jumping back squats were hard, but only because there is a finite amount of them that you can get done at one time before your legs give out. Ending with an 800m run was like an extended cool-down. My legs would only move so fast after the back squats, so the final run wasn't nearly as taxing as it could have been. The workout left me desiring more, I didn't feel like I had sufficiently taxed my system. Tried for Max Ring Dips afterwards, managed 13.
Nutrition:
1:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, Romaine Lettuce, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onion, Green Onion, Salsa. 1 Nectarine. 1/4cup Macadamia Nuts.
4:30pm: 6oz Chicken, 10oz Cabbage, 3/8cup Slivered Almonds, 1/4cup Sesame Seeds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter Dressing. 3/8cup Almonds. 1 Peach.
8:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 2scoops Egg Protein Powder, Raspberries.
