9 seconds slower than my best time, set last december. I felt like my grip was the limiting factor here, due mostly to the fact that the Kettlebells at my gym have thicker handles. I had to break up the last set of swings, only because I couldn't hold on anymore.
Nutrition:
11:30am: 6oz Chicken, 12oz Cabbage, 1.5oz Almonds, 1oz Sesame Seeds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter Dressing. 1 Nectarine.
4:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, Strawberries, 2scoops Egg Protein.
9:00pm: Byzantion Greek Restaurant: Arni Psito (Roast leg of lamb, potatoes, vegetables), Greek Salad. 2 glasses of wine.
My brother was in town for the night, so we went out to dinner. Not optimal, but was able to keep it relatively clean.
