WOD:
Back Squat 3 x 5 x 122kg
Overhead Press 1 x 5 x 57.5kg
I've had enough of Back Squats, even these 3 sets felt really heavy. I think I'm going to back off to 3 sets of 5, and add 3 x 5 Overhead Press. I only did 1 set today because this weight was too heavy. This was the weight that I ended my 5 x 5 progression at in June, so I was a bit surprised that I struggled with 1 set of 5 at that weight.
Nutrition:
11:30am: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, Romaine, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onion, Green Onion, 1 Avocado, Salsa. 1 Peach.
4:30pm: 6oz Smoked Salmon. 10pieces Dried Mango. 1/4cup Almonds.
9:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, Strawberries, 2scoops Egg Protein.
Yeah, solid nutrition!
