Woke up late yesterday and felt crappy all day. As a result, no workout. Didn't have any food prepared either, but managed to salvation decent nutrition. Today was much better:

Deadlift @ 100kg
Handstand Pushups

A minute slower than my last attempt, but I don't feel like I could have done that any faster. 100kg Deadlift is still fairly heavy for me, and I think my max handstand pushups is like 8.
Nutrition:
12:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onion, Green Onion, Romaine Lettuce, Salsa. 1 Nectarine.
4:30pm: 6oz Smoked Salmon. 10pieces Dried Pear. 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts.
8:30pm: 6oz Chicken, 10oz Cabbage, 1oz Sesame Seeds, 1.5oz Slivered Almonds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter Dressing. 1 Peach.
