11:00am: 6oz Chicken, 10oz Cabbage, 1/2oz Sesame Seeds, 1.5oz Slivered Almonds, Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter Dressing. 1 Peach.

4:00pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 2cups Berries, 2scoops Protein Powder.

8:30pm: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, Romaine Lettuce, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onion, Green Onion, Salsa. 1 Nectarine.
