WOD:
Overhead Squat 5 x 3 @ 60kg
I've decided to start an overhead squat progression with the goal of being able to do 15 reps at my bodyweight, which hovers around 165lbs, or 75kg. If I add 2.5kg to the bar every week, I should be doing 5 x 3 @ BW in 6 weeks, at which time I'll try for 15.
Nutrition:
9:30am: Chicken Salad: 6oz Chicken, Olive Oil Mayo, Grapes, Pecans. 2 Kiwis.
4:00pm: Squash Chili. 6oz Tropical Fruit.
8:30pm: 8oz Herb Roasted Turkey Breast. 8oz Guacamole. 1oz Olive Oil Potato Chips.
