That was frustrating. I suck at pressing right now, and I know it's because I'm pushing the bar away from my body. Push Pressing felt good. Should have started lighter on the Jerks to establish some confidence in the movement. By the time I hit the third set, I was exhausted.
Nutrition:
11:30am: 8oz Roasted Chicken Breast. 8oz Guacamole. 2 Kiwis.
4:30pm: 8oz Salami. 8oz Guacamole. 12oz Tropical Fruit (Mango, Kiwi, Papaya, Pineapple)
9:30pm: Matador: 8oz Tenderloin Medallions. Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Grilled Broccoli. Various Cocktails (Mostly Margaritas).
