Awesome. Beat my old time by 3 1/2 minutes, which is surprising, because I hit a wall on the 800m run. I don't think I've been eating enough carbs.

Nutrition:

10:30am: 8oz Roasted Marinated Pork Shoulder. 8oz Grilled Vegetables. 2tbsp Almond Butter.

5:30pm: 8oz Sodona Chicken Salad (Whole Foods). 1pint Dark Chocolate Coconut Bliss.

9:30pm: Elephant & Castle: Chicken Caesar Salad. Sweet Potato Fries. 2glasses Wine.
