WOD:
Overhead Squat 3-3-3-2-2-1-1-1-1
60kg - 65kg - 70kg - 72.5kg - 75kg x 1 - 2 x miss @ 76kg - 76kg
Definitely the most I've ever overhead squatted. Was having issues behind the neck push pressing 75kg, had to jerk it.
Nutrition:
9:30am: Curry Chicken Salad. 1 Fuji Apple.
3:30pm: 8oz Shredded Beef (Whole Foods). 8oz Grilled Vegetables. 2tbsp Almond Butter.
7:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Berries, 2scoops Egg Protein.
