WOD:

Power Cleans @ 60kg
Front Squats @ 60kg
Ring Dips

Interesting workout. Similar to Elizabeth, more volume, diminishing workloads. Wasn't terribly metabolic, but I was definitely systemically fatigued afterwards.

Nutrition:

11:30am: 8oz Pepperoni. 8oz Guacamole. Romaine Lettuce. 1 Pear.

3:30pm: Italian Chicken Salad: 7oz Chicken, Green Peppers, Red Onion, Kalamata Olives, Artichoke Hearts, Dressing (3tbsp Olive Oil, 1.5tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, Basil).

8:30pm: 8oz Salmon, 1 Avocado. Chips & Dip (Cream Cheese, Salsa, Black Olives). 3 Beer.
