WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 115kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 55kg
Felt really good, weight went up easy. Tripped up on last set of overhead press, but realized it was because I wasn't fixing my gaze.
Nutrition:
10:30am: 6oz Ground Beef, 10oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado. 2 Satsumas.
2:30pm: Curry Chicken Salad: 6oz Chicken, Olive Oil Mayo, Curry Powder, Currants, Slivered Almonds, Celery. 2 Kiwis.
5:30pm: 8oz Herb Roasted Turkey Breast. 1/2pint Coconut Bliss.
9:30pm: The Pub at Piper's Creek: 1 Blue Cheese Burger. Salad w/ Blue Cheese Dressing. 2 Beer.
