Not terribly hard, but I suck at ring dips, so I had to break them into singles starting round 3. If I designed it I would have increased the number of SDHP relative to ring dips to make it more metabolic, something like:

7 Ring Dips
But that would have been just for me. If you can do ring dips consecutively the workout would have been plenty metabolic as Rx'D.
Nutrition:
11:30am: Curry Chicken Salad: 6oz Chicken, Olive Oil Mayo, Curry Powder, Currants, Celery, Slivered Almonds. 2 Satsumas.
4:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 10oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado. 2 Kiwis.
8:00pm: Die BierStube: 2 Bratwurst, Sauerkraut. Cream of Potato Soup. 1L Beer.
