Monday, November 26th

WOD:

Back Squat 5 x 5 x 120kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 60kg

Awesome, I've officially passed my previous sticking point with overhead pressing. Also, I remember 120kg feeling a lot heavier than it did today.

Nutrition:

9:30am: 7oz Turkey. 4tbsp Cashew Butter.

12:30pm: 6oz Andouille Sausage, Chantrelle Mushrooms, Green Onions, Water Chestnuts, Olive Oil, Tamari, Fish Sauce. 1 Avocado.

4:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Peaches, 2scoops Egg Protein.
