This was tough. I made it through 11 minutes before I had to miss an interval, and then I missed the 16th interval also.
Nutrition:
1:30pm: Curry Chicken Salad.
7:00pm: McCormick & Schmick's: Stuffed Salmon, Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes. Seafood & Corn Chowder. Bread. Pumpkin Pie. 1 Beer.
