I wasn't really feeling this workout, I totally dogged it.

Nutrition:

8:30am: Curry Chicken Salad.

1:30pm: 6oz Ground Beef, 9oz Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

3:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Peaches, 2scoops Egg Protein.
