Awesome, beat my old time by 1:13.

Nutrition:

9:30am: 4 Eggs. 4slices Bacon.

1:00pm: 6oz Ground Beef. 9oz Cabbage. 1 Avocado.

4:30pm: 8oz Oven Roasted Chicken Breast. 8oz Fig Loaf. 1can Coconut Milk.
