WOD:

Back Squat 5 x 5 x 117.5kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 57.5kg

Still feels easy. Awesome.

Nutrition:

10:30am: 4 Eggs. 4slices Bacon.

3:30pm: 8oz Oven Roasted Chicken Breast. 8oz Fig Loaf. 4tbsp Almond Butter.

8:00pm: 1can Coconut Milk. 3cups Blueberries. 2scoops Egg Protein.
