Ouch. Never done Linda before, wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, but it still hurt. Haven't benched in over a year, so that was definitely unfamiliar.

Nutrition:

11:30am: Curry Chicken Salad: 6oz Chicken, Olive Oil Mayo, Curry Powder, Celery, Currants, Slivered Almonds. 2 Satsumas.

3:30pm: 8oz Maple Ham. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter. 12oz Tropical Fruit.

8:30pm: Greenlake Bar & Grill: Steak & Blue Cheese Salad. Chicken Gumbo. 2glasses Red Wine.
