WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 112.5kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 52.5kg
Felt easy. Have been really working on pushing my knees out and driving my hips up in the squat It feels akward, but the weight goes up a lot easier. I fixed my pressing away from my body issue, which has made pressing a lot easier.
Nutrition:
10:00am: Taco Salad: 6oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado, Romaine, Salsa, Tomatoes. 6oz Fig Loaf.
3:30pm: 8oz Pepperoni, 8oz Guacamole, Romaine Hearts. 2 Bananas. 2tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.
8:30pm: Piper's Creek Pub: Blue Cheese Burger. Fries. 1 Beer.
