Don't usually workout on Sunday, didn't have much energy. Runs felt slow. Grip was limiting factor for swings and pullups.

Nutrition:

11:30am: 8oz Chicken Chilli Verde (Whole Foods). 8oz Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes (Whole Foods).

6:00pm: Chipotle: Barbacoa Burrito.

Had no prepared food, didn't plan my meals at all. It shows.
