Not terribly taxing, definitely need to work on handstand pushups.

Nutrition:

8:30am: 7oz Turkey. 4tbsp Almond Butter.

1:30pm: 6oz Andouille Sausage, Chantrelle Mushrooms, Green Onions, Water Chestnuts, Olive Oil, Tamari, Fish Sauce.

4:30pm: 1can Coconut Milk, 3cups Peaches, 2scoops Egg Protein.
