WOD:
Rest
Didn't get enough sleep last night, ended up taking a 2 hour nap today, wasn't feeling up to working out. Will squat and press tomorrw.
Nutrition:
12:30pm: 7oz Chicken Breast, 9oz Cabbage, Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Dressing (Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter, Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Soy Sauce).
4:00pm: 1can Salmon. 2 Avocados.
