WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 127.5kg
Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 61kg
Ok, squats are starting to get heavy now. I need to emphasize the hip drive more in my warmup sets to reinforce that concept. Made it through the presses, which is amazing, because I definitely wasn't feeling like I could.
Nutrition:
10:30am: 7oz Chicken Breast, 9oz Cabbage, Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Dressing (Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter, Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Soy Sauce).
12:30pm: Squash Chili: 6oz Ground Beef, ~2cups Squash, Portabella Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Garlic, Cayenne, Chili Powder.
5:00pm: 1can Salmon, 2 Oranges, 1 Avocado.
