Wednesday, December 19th

WOD:

2 x Tabata Row (Watts)

Did 1 Tabata Row (8 sets), rested about 5min, then did another. This sucked. It wasn't especially winding, my legs were the limiting factor.

Nutrition:

8:30am: 7oz Chicken Breast, 9oz Cabbage, Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Dressing (Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter, Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Soy Sauce).

12:30pm: Squash Chili: 6oz Ground Beef, ~2cups Squash, Portabella Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Garlic, Cayenne, Chili Powder.

4:30pm: 8oz Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. 4tbsp Almond Butter. 3 Oranges.
