OMG, that sucked. Talk about cardio. My lungs hurt for an hour afterwards, and I was moving very slowly for about the same amount of time.
Nutrition:
8:30am: 7oz Chicken Breast, 9oz Cabbage, Slivered Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Dressing (Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter, Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Soy Sauce).
12:30pm: Squash Chili: 6oz Ground Beef, ~2cups Squash, Portabella Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Garlic, Cayenne, Chili Powder.
5:00pm: 8oz German Style Salami. 1can Coconut Milk. 6oz Pineapple. 6oz Watermelon.
