WOD:
Back Squat 5 x 5 x 122.5kg
Overhead Press 1 x 5 x 62.5kg, 1 x 4 x 62.5kg, 1 x 4 x 61kg
I wasn't feeling 100% today, and I totally psyched myself out on the presses, resulting in 2 missed attempts. On a brighter note, I've officially passed my sticking point with squats!
Nutrition:
9:30am: 1 Stuffed Chicken Breast (tomatoes, spinach, tahini), 12oz Roasted Cauliflower Vinaigrette (Cauliflower, Kalamata Olives, Pine Nuts, Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar).
12:30pm: Spaghetti Squash Carbonara (Spaghetti Squash, Hot Italian Sausage, Bacon, Olive Oil). 1 Avocado.
4:30pm: 8oz Roast Beef, 1can Coconut Milk, 3 Oranges.
